In general

The Constitutional Court holds that there has been no violation of Article II(3)(a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 2 of the European Convention as the relevant Prosecutor’s Office did not fail to conduct and supervise the measures taken during the investigation in the present case, to identify the perpetrators and prepare judicial proceedings and to provide the appellant with sufficient information to protect his rights. It therefore holds that the conducted investigation was complete and effective for the purposes of Article II(3)(a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 2 of the European Convention.
