Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a study visit to the institutions of the United States of America

 

Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina led by the President of Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirsad Ćeman and Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Valerija Galić has paid a study visit to the institutions of the United States of America from 21 to 29 September 2019.

This study visit was made possible with the support of the US Embassy in BiH (INL- Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, DOJ – US Department of Justice and OPDAT - the Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development Assistance and Training.

 

During this visit, the Constitutional Court was received by the US Solicitor General Noel Francisco, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Bruce Swartz and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Jorgan Andrews. Delegation of the Constitutional Court also paid a visit to the US Supreme Court. The visit ended by the reception in the OPDAT Main Office and meeting with the OPDAT Director Faye Ehrenstamm.
