President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Mirsad Ćeman and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, Ms. Valerija Galić attended the International Conference organized to mark the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, held from 28 to 30 October 2026, in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
The Conference was attended by presidents and judges of constitutional courts, judges of the European Court of Human Rights, representatives of the Venice Commission, high officials of judicial institutions, as well as university professors.
During the Conference, current issues in the development of constitutionalism, contemporary challenges of constitutional justice, the protection of human rights in the context of the development of artificial intelligence, as well as guarantees of a fair trial before constitutional courts were discussed.
