Working Meeting with the Representatives of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On 15 September 2021, the representatives of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the “HJPC”) held a working meeting at the premises of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

President Mato Tadić and Vice-Presidents Miodrag Simović and Mirsad Ćeman with associates attended the meeting on behalf of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

President Halil Lagumdžija, Vice-Presidents Sanela Gorušanović-Butigan and Biljana Simeunović, and Sanin Bogunić, Member of the HJCP, with associates attended the meeting on behalf of the HJPC.

The subjects of the meeting were the realization of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Constitutional Court of BiH and HJPC, which was concluded at an earlier point, regarding the organisation of the system of electronic exchange of data recorded in the Case Management System for courts (CMS) and Case Management System for the Constitutional Court of BiH (SUP). They also talked about the advancement of the future cooperation between the two institutions, with a particular attention to the resolution of the problem of systemic violation of the right to a fair trial within a reasonable time before the ordinary courts.
