Request of Darko Babalj, First Deputy Chair of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the review of constitutionality of the Law on Political Party Financing (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, 45/25).
In addition, the applicant filed a request for interim measure seeking suspension of the contested law.
