On 27 June 2025, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina held its 159th e_ plenary session.
At this session, the Constitutional Court adopted a greater number of decisions rejecting appeals as inadmissible because they are manifestly (prima facie) ill-founded, as well as for the reasons stipulated in Article 18 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court, which prescribes various grounds for the inadmissibility of appeals.
At this session, the Constitutional Court also decided on certain administrative issues.
All decisions adopted at this plenary session will be posted on the website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and delivered to the appellants no later than one month after their adoption.
