1.    U-15-20
Request of Ms. Borjana Krišto (the Chair of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the time of filing the request) for review of constitutionality of Article 9(1), Article 10(4) and Article 11(1)(b) of the Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2.    U 16-20
Request filed by the twenty-four members of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for resolving the disputes between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska arising in connection with the concessions awarded.

Request of Mr. Bakir Izetbegović, Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for review of the constitutionality of Article 12 (2) and (4) of the Rules of Service of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina no. 06-02-3-4958/12.

Request of the Cantonal Court in Zenica for review of compatibility of Article 55 of the Law on Higher Education of the Zenica-Doboj Canton (Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, 6/09, 9/13, 13/13, 4/15, 5/18, 4/19 and 19/29) with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 18 of the Framework Law on Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 59/07 and 59/09).

Request of Mr. Aljoša Čampara, Minister of the Interior of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Constitutional Court of BiH to, in accordance with Article 8.8 of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 23/01, 7/02, 9/02, 20/02, 25/02, 4/04, 20/04, 25/05, 52/05, 65/05, 77/05, 11/06, 24/06, 32/07, 33/08, 37/08, 32/10, 18/13, 7/14 and 31/16), initiate the procedure of determination of temporary incapacity of Milorad Dodik, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to perform the function he holds.
