On 24 October 2025, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina held its 163rd E_Plenary session.
At this session, the Constitutional Court adopted a number of decisions related to the violation of the right to a fair trial within a reasonable time, decisions by which appeals were rejected as inadmissible as they are manifestly (prima facie) unfounded, as well as due to the reasons stipulated under Article 18 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court stipulating various grounds for the inadmissibility of appeals.
At this session, the Constitutional Court also decided on certain administrative issues.
All decisions adopted at the plenary session will be published on the website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and delivered to the appellants/applicants no later than one month after their adoption.
