Honourable Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro were received by Mr. Mirsad Ceman, President of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
The visit included talks about the cooperation between these two constitutional courts, implementation of the conclusions adopted at the Conference entitled “Constitutional Protection of Electoral Rights”, which was held in Budva in the period from 14 to 16 February 2016 and organized by the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, and about the Regional Conference entiled “Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and their Effect on the Standards of National Constitutional Courts” , which will organized by the Constitutional Court of BiH in cooperation of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and held in Sarajevo from 7 to 9 April 2016.
