Vice-President Knežević at the XIX International Congress on European and Comparative Constitutional Law in Chisinau

Upon invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldavia Alexandru Tânase and Professor Rainer Arnold of the University in Regensburg, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević is attending the XIX International Congress on European and Comparative Constitutional Law, being held in Chisinau, Republic of Moldavia, from 8 to 9 June 2017.

Within the workshop of the Congress in English language, Vice-President Zlatko M. Knežević presented the paper on the topic of the Congress „Constitutional Justice and Development of the Individual Rights“. The second workshop of the Congress on the same topic is conducted in French language.

International Congress, which is traditionally being held in Regensburg and has a long-standing    tradition of gathering internationally recognized academics and judges of the Constitutional Courts from many countries at the joint international forum serving as a platform for reflections and discussions, this time is being held in Chisinau in coordination with the University in Regensburg with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldavia.

At the Congress, the participants, Presidents, Vice-Presidents and judges of the Constitutional Courts from the European countries presented the papers, exchanged opinions and views and discussed current issues regarding the European and constitutional law from the multinational perspective.

Vice-President Knežević had a number of bilateral meetings with the participants of the Congress.
