President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mato Tadić, took part in the work of the Regional Online Conference of Constitutional Courts with the topic “Protection of the right to respect for family life in constitutional case law”, which was held on 8 October 2021. The Conference was organised in cooperation between the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation IRZ and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia.
President Tadić presented at the Conference his paper titled “Right to family life in the case law of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
Presidents and judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Serbia, as well as the representatives and legal experts of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation IRZ, took part in the work of the Conference.
