The Constitutional Court is hereby announcing that pursuant to Article VI(1) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 99 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the term of office of the international Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Honourable Margarita Tsatsa-Nikolovska, ended on 28 November 2020. She turned 70 on that date. Judges of the Constitutional Court serve until age 70. The Honourable Judge Tsatsa-Nikolovska has made an exceptional contribution to the work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina during her term of office as a judge at the Constitutional Court. |
