President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirsad Ćeman and Head of Office of the President Erda Zaćiragić attended the 3rd Annual Conference of the Balkan Constitutional Courts Forum held in Antalya, Turkey, from 13 to 16 November 2025. The Forum was organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey. As the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not member of the Forum, it participated in the work of the Forum as observer.
The subject of the Forum was “Standardisation of Human Rights and the Role of Constitutional Justice”. The work of the Forum was divided in three sessions. Within the framework of the second session, President Ćeman presented his paper on the subject of the Forum from the BiH Constitutional Court’s viewpoint.
During the Forum, he met with presidents, vice-presidents and judges of constitutional courts and other highest courts, as well as judges of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, and with international legal experts who participated in the work of the Forum, with whom he exchanged opinions on the topic of the Forum and discussed other current topics of constitutional judiciary.
