The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Valerija Galić is attending the International Conference on the topic of “Binding Effect of the Judicial Decisions”, which is organized by the Supreme Court in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. The Conference is held within the framework of the Czech Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministries of the Council of Europe in Brno, as the Czech judicial capital, with the participation of the presidents of supreme courts and constitutional courts of the Member States of the Council of Europe, judges of European courts and leading academics.
