Visit of the Students of the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development in Bologna



The students of the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development in Bologna have paid a visit today to the
Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a part of the study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Center for Constitutional Studies has been founded by the Law Faculty of the University in Bologna and the Bologna Center of the Johns Hopkins University from Bologna - SAIS. The Center conducts a research and organizes training in the field of the comparative constitutional law with an emphasis on the countries which are undergoing process of a democratic transition.

Upon request of the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development in Bologna, this already traditional visit has been organized with a goal to introduce the students to the jurisdiction, organization and work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Senior Legal Advisor to the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sevima Sali-Terzic, has presented relevant facts on the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina through a dynamic and stimulating dialogue.

The students from Bologna expressed gratitude and a pleasure through conversation on issues raised during the today’s visit.
