President Ceman and Vice-President Tadic at the XVII International Congress on European and Comparative Constitutional Law in Regensburg



President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ceman and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mato Tadic, attended the XVII International Congress on European and Comparative Constitutional Law in Regensburg entitled “Constitutional Courts and Ordinary Courts: Cooperation or Conflict?” held in Regensburg, Germany from 16 to 17 October 2015.

The Congress on European and Comparative Constitutional Law was organised by Prof. Rainer Arnold of the University in Regensburg, Prof. Herbert Roth of the University in Regensburg, President of the Association of Civil Procedure Law Teachers of Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as German Foundation of International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), Bonn.

At this Congress, President Ceman and Vice-President Tadic met with colleagues, judges of constitutional and similar courts of other countries and participants of the Congress and exchanged opinions on current topics of constitutional judiciary in the countries of the region.
