| After months of development and data entering, new version of the Constitutional Court’s web site is finally available. This version features different tools used in its construction as well as new user-friendly services. One of these services is decision search. New version facilitates the search of all the decisions of the Constitutional Court by using various categories. For more information please look here. We at the Constitutional Court place great emphasis on how to best serve all the citizens and other interested parties. 7 October 2009 - Delegation of the Constitutional Court of BiH consisting of the Vice-President Valerija Galić and Head of the Office of the President of the Court, Dr. iur. Nedim Ademović, took part at the International Conference entitled „International Experience of Interaction of Constitutional Courts and Parliaments in guaranteeing the Supremacy of the Constitution” held from 1 to 3 October 2009 in Yerevan, Armenia. The Conference was organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe. In addition to the delegation from BiH, the Conference was also attended by some twenty delegations from Europe, Asia and Africa.
The Conference included four sessions that covered the following subjects: Guaranteeing of supremacy of the Constitution as a principal safeguard for the constitutional stability in the rule of law state; Parliamentary guarantees for exercising efficient constitutional control; Legal positions of the Constitutional Court as a source of law, their role in overcoming the law lacuna and European actual tendencies for development of functional relationship between Parliaments and Constitutional Courts. Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of BiH Valerija Galić gave her presentation on the last subject.

3 September 2009 - Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina met today with the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe – Monitoring delegation composed of Mr. Kimmo Sasi, Mr. Mevlüt Çavaşoglu, members of the Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr. Artemy Karpenko, Co-secretary of the Monitoring Committee, PACE, and Ms. Caroline Ravaud, Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe was informed on the functioning, work and results of the Constitutional Court of BiH within the past period. Discussion included issues such as the problems the Constitutional Court of BiH is faced with including its financial independence and influx of a great number of cases.
