Sessions    Events    Vacancies     3 September 2009 - Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina met today with the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe – Monitoring delegation composed of Mr. Kimmo Sasi, Mr. Mevlüt Çavaşoglu, members of the Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr. Artemy Karpenko, Co-secretary of the Monitoring Committee, PACE, and Ms. Caroline Ravaud, Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe was informed on the functioning, work and results of the Constitutional Court of BiH within the past period. Discussion included issues such as the problems the Constitutional Court of BiH is faced with including its financial independence and influx of a great number of cases. Back to events
