Events    Sessions    Vacancies     March 2010   Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina received today the Chair of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Mr. Mevlüt Çavaşoglu and Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe and Head of the Office of the Council of Europe in Bosnia and Herzegovina Ms. Caroline Ravaud. Delegation of the Council of Europe was informed on the operation, work and achievements of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the recent period. Different issues the Constitutional Court of BiH is faced with were also discussed. Particular attention was given to the issue of implementation of the recently taken judgment of the European Court for Human Rights in the case of Sejdić and Finci vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the protection of human rights and freedoms in our country in general.
